- This isn't as deep or profound as the rest of the advice, just more practical I guess. Listen to some song you're into and then elaborate on it in your mind, jam with the song if you will. Add a melody in your head or by humming or whistling or whatever sound approximates the real sound in your head. Then elaborate on that melody further with another melody. Keep doing this and eventually you should have enough tracks in your brain for what is essentially a brand new song, just in the same key or same chords as the inspiration song. Certain illegal yet harmless drugs might help as well in this process as well as a focused mind. I write great stuff in my head as I'm going to sleep, the closest my mind gets to a meditative state all day.

- John Lennon. Well I would prefer he'd never been killed. He was a universally adored man whose words had power. His message of peace and reason would've have been useful over the past 8 years. We just don't have anyone like that now. I'm sure the Hannitys of the world would still try to marginalize him as a left wing kook. All that and the years of music we could've had.

- I think Reddit just wanted to see the GOP status quo toppled. Paul's a great guy and all, but he's too strong in his opinion on complete lack of federal regulation. Kucinich, on the other hand, never had any momentum and didn't even manage a single superdelegate. Big fan of Kucinich here, but may he never mention UFOs again.

- This guy's got it. Digg only denies exact URL dupes, and only for 30 days after the previous submission. It will try to analyze the pages themselves to detect dupes and warn the submitter, but that's about it. At least that's what I gathered from the [blog post](http://blog.digg.com/?p=866) > While we pilot the new dupe detection system, we will continue to only block submissions of the exact same URLs within a 30-day period. We’ll also be monitoring when certain Diggers choose to bypass high-confidence duplicates and will use this data to continue to improve the process going forward. And yeah, we have no room to talk.

- I wouldn't bother getting the domain name with the hyphens. The *only* reason to do so is because the non-dashed name is already taken, and you're already screwed at that point. Find a different domain name. People are conditioned to type the name of the company without the dashes. You're only making it harder for them to remember your URL, and are potentially sending them to the non-dashed competitor.

- Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but that's not true. I registered [this domain](http://www.pc-game-reviews.net/) way back in the NameZero days and now someone else is using it. So QED.
